Shipping Methods & Payment Options
We ship our items exclusively with DHL, DPD, or by freight carrier. Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment, and delivery usually takes 3-10 business days (deliveries abroad may take longer). Please note that this is only a guideline and shipping can be affected by external circumstances at any time. As a rule, no orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Depending on your bank, it may take 2-5 business days for your payment to reach us. The goods you ordered remain reserved for you until your payment arrives (but no longer than 21 days).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and destination country.
Please note: If, as a consumer, you provide an incorrect address and the shipment has to be delivered again, the shipping costs must be paid again, as the label loses its validity after the first transport. Please therefore check all your details carefully before completing your purchase.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which must be borne by the recipient (customer).
- These charges are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are levied by the customs office of the destination country.
Returns
- Right of return: 14 days. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
