Anatomy
Six design decisions you only notice years later
None of this shows up in a product photo. You notice it in the second winter, on the third deployment in rough terrain and the first time a spare part is needed.

Anodized surface
The anodized layer is harder and more resistant than any paint finish.
It holds up even when the container is dragged over rubble and blasted with a pressure washer.

Aluminum profiles
Frame made of high-quality anodized aluminum profiles.
Profile construction instead of a welded frame: lighter, easier to repair, and flexible enough to accommodate any layout in a custom build.

Airless wheels
Large wheels that need no air pressure.
No flat tire after eight months in the fire station, no pressure check before heading out. The diameter keeps rolling resistance low, even on unpaved ground.

Brake without Bowden cables
Drum brake system with stainless steel linkage.
Bowden cables are where roll containers age: they stretch, they snap, they corrode. We left them out.

3D-printed tooling
We design and print our own jigs and tools.
That is why even a one-off is precision-made, not just fitted together.

Individual testing
Every container is individually tested before delivery.
Assembly takes place in Germany, and nobody ships what they haven’t had in their own hands.

FAQ
What is usually asked before procurement
Can we purchase on account?
Yes. Fire departments, emergency services and public authorities can purchase on account, with XRechnung on request.
Are the roll containers AGBF-compliant?
We manufacture to AGBF guideline 07/2014. Custom builds are also carried out in line with the AGBF safety requirements.
What does a custom build cost?
That depends on size, load and equipment. After the first conversation, we give you a reliable ballpark figure before any design costs are incurred.
Do we need a ramp for it?
That depends on your vehicle. We carry two pairs of ramps: the Explorer as an all-rounder and the two-part Vario for different heights. Tell us your vehicle and its loading edge height, and we’ll tell you what fits.
How much maintenance does the roll container need?
Deliberately designed for low maintenance: airless wheels need no pressure checks, and the drum brake system does without Bowden cables, with a stainless steel linkage doing the work instead.
