Rescuevation is a German specialist retailer for fire departments, based in Germany, that develops its own innovative products for fire departments, civil protection and the THW (Germany's Federal Agency for Technical Relief) and also distributes curated equipment from other manufacturers. Focus areas are wildfire fighting, EV firefighting, industrial firefighting, post-incident decontamination, flood protection, technical rescue and scene lighting.

Rescuevation was founded by practitioners from the fire department community. The products grow out of real deployment experience and are developed together with active crews. The motto: safety made simple.

We do not just sell equipment: we develop own-brand innovations (SnakE®, Löschigel®, Kamel®, easyToilet®). We solve problems for which no cost-effective or field-ready solution existed before.

Our main language is German. English and Polish are available on request, especially for international inquiries from neighboring countries.

The shop is aimed primarily at fire departments, relief organizations, public authorities, industry and plant fire departments. Certain items (e.g. firefighter gifts, selected lamps, gift cards) are also available to private customers. Special equipment such as turnout gear or tactical weapon lights is reserved for authorized users.

Yes. For our more complex own brands (SnakE®, Löschigel®, FN40/FN65 Monitor, easyToilet+ Box) we offer familiarization sessions and training packages, on site or hybrid. We also distribute VR training systems (VR Resuscitation Training, VR TH VU Training).

Yes, we regularly supply municipalities, districts, professional fire departments and THW local chapters. We know the requirements for quotes, delivery notes and invoices in public tendering (UVgO, direct award or negotiated award).

For public authorities, fire departments, plant fire departments and companies, purchase on account is available. For first orders we may require prepayment or a down payment, depending on the order value and the delivery period.

As a rule, 30 days from issue, unless stated otherwise on the quote. Where material prices fluctuate strongly (e.g. aluminum, special hoses), a shorter validity may apply.

Yes. From certain order quantities, for joint orders by several fire departments, or for procurements via districts or funding programs, you receive project-specific terms. On request.

Products marked “on request” or with a price of 0 € cannot be ordered via the cart: they are configurable or are priced per order. Examples: Lenoir barriers, Car-X Simulator, Rescuevation FN40 Monitor, SKYLUX 200, RK-Rescue Tray.

Deliveries within the EU are generally possible. For countries outside the EU, please send an inquiry: we check logistics, customs and export regulations (e.g. for pyrotechnics, dual-use items or ATEX devices) individually.

Depending on volume and weight: DHL/UPS for parcel shipments, freight carriers for pallets and bulky goods. You receive a tracking number by email. Delivery with a tail lift / curbside delivery on request.

In-stock items within Germany in 3-7 working days. Own brands and made-to-order production take 2-8 weeks depending on the product. The specific delivery time is stated on each product page or in the quote.

Pickup is possible on request. Please coordinate by email beforehand so the goods are ready for you.

For our own brands we stock spare parts and handle repairs where technically reasonable. For the lamp ranges (Mactronic, Guardian Angel) the manufacturer's warranty applies; we handle warranty cases for you.

Yes. Gift cards are available in nine tiers from 10 € to 5,000 € (including 10 €, 25 €, 50 €, 100 €, 500 €, 1,000 € and 5,000 €). They can be redeemed in the shop, are not redeemable for cash, and are transferable.

SnakE® is a modular extinguishing system for fire departments, made up of standardized modules for fighting EV fires, vegetation fires and wildfires, underground parking garage fires and industrial fires. It uses existing sectional ladders as its supporting frame and is therefore fast, light, and usable without special training.

SnakE® 4 (Basic without aluminum frame, Advanced with aluminum frame) for EV fires. SnakE® 6 Professional and SnakE® 6 Professional Advanced as the longer version. Plus the SnakE® Spray Bar Set, SnakE® Wildfire Spray Bar (without nozzles), SnakE® Sprinkler Set and SnakE® Wildfire Set.

SnakE® 4 (Basic or Advanced) and SnakE® 6 are designed for fighting EV fires, in line with the recommendation in the Tesla rescue sheet. For underground parking garages, the SnakE® wall cabinet is also available.

SnakE® is compatible with DIN-compliant 4-section sectional ladders (for SnakE® 4) and 6-section setups (for SnakE® 6). If you use a different system, we check compatibility on request.

A safe distance from the vehicle, targeted water delivery to the battery, a reduction of the water volume to a practical level, and no special vehicle needed: the sectional ladder is standard equipment at every fire department.

The Löschigel® is a Rescuevation product for firefighting in special structures, in particular underground parking garage fires, industrial fires and major fires in inaccessible areas. It is deployed via existing sectional ladders and, thanks to its specialized nozzles, distributes the water over a great distance and produces a dense water mist. List price from 4,965.48 €.

Underground parking garage fires, industrial fires, major fires in warehouses, and situations where crews cannot get directly to the seat of the fire. It complements the ladder pipe and high-pressure monitors.

A mobile, modularly expandable flood barrier for rapid setup in the affected area. From 201.11 €. Suitable for structure protection, road closures and containing floodwater.

The Flood Fence is a modular element for long, low barriers. The mobile Beaver tube dam is a hose-based dam filled with water or sediment, typically for higher protection levels in large-area flood incidents. The tube dam is “on request” because variant choice and lengths are customer-specific.

The Lenoir water barrier is a flexible barrier for flood incidents that is quick to set up. The Lenoir oil & chemical barrier is used in emergency response to contain oil and chemical spills, both on water and on land. Both are priced per order.

The BOS professional water squeegee (225 €) is the rugged emergency services tool for standing water in interiors and underground parking garages: more pragmatic and faster than wet vacuums for larger volumes. The Wasserschlucker (from 449 €) is a water collection tray for removing water completely, ideal for leaks and water damage.

VenturiPulse (799 €) is a water aerator for oxygen enrichment, used in response to fish kills, algal blooms and ecological emergencies in water protection.

The Box S (from 3,193.27 €, available as a Stanley box with wheels or as an aluminum box for 3,293.27 €) is the compact professional box solution for smaller deployments and teams. The Box L (3,361.34 €) offers additional capacity and equipment for longer incidents or larger incident scenes.

Kamel® is a mobile disinfection gate built from standard sectional ladders. Use case: decontamination of personnel or vehicles at the incident scene. MSRP 1,999.96 €.

LAVESE is a mobile washbasin for the incident scene, available as LAVESE Basic (291.50 €) and LAVESE PRO (593.81 €). As an extension there is the LAVextend splash guard (349.70 €) with a Euro dispenser, paper towel dispenser and trash bag holder.

pak-ex is the only skin cleanser developed specifically to remove carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from the skin. Apply immediately after the interior attack, in the black (contaminated) zone. Soot-X is a decontamination cream for fire boots and shoes. It removes more than 94% of PAHs from leather and is 9× more effective than soap and water. Available as a 100 ml tube (11.90 €) and a 500 ml Euro bottle (33.53 €).

The Safeforest carrying basket is a compact, ready-to-deploy carrying basket with the essential equipment for fighting vegetation fires and wildfires: it fits on any fire apparatus, can be carried by one person and drastically cuts setup time. MSRP 1,969.12 €.

A pressure dividing breeching built specifically for wildfire fighting, with the D hose concept that has proven practical for vegetation fires. MSRP 969.69 €. It is complemented by the Wildfire Wye Twin Storz B (869.31 €).

Euro-FC retardant is a highly effective, long-term fire retardant for fighting wildfires and vegetation fires, 100% biodegradable. Available as a 20 l canister (197.12 €), 200 l drum (1,822.10 €) and 1000 l IBC (9,110.50 €).

The Kamel® folding tank is a lightweight water reservoir for remote water supply at wildfires. From 1,598.58 €: four versions with one or two ladder levels, optionally with a tarpaulin (up to 3,237.99 €).

Baselight is Rescuevation's large-scale lighting solution for major incidents. The Baselight X series and Baselight MX series are high-performance light masts with LED heads. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and delivery address. Within Germany from approx. 6.90 € for parcel shipments; freight shipping is shown transparently. For larger procurements we calculate individually.

No, there is no minimum order quantity in the online shop. For very small orders, shipping costs can exceed the value of the goods: we therefore recommend joint orders or coordinating with neighboring fire departments.

Please note the transport damage on the consignment note directly upon receipt and report it to us by email within 7 days (photos of the packaging and the goods). We take care of the replacement and the claim with the carrier.

Private customers have a right of withdrawal of 30 days after receiving the goods, as set out in our withdrawal policy. For public authorities and companies (B2B) the right of withdrawal is excluded: here the individual terms agreed in the quote apply.

Custom-made items, customer-specific configured products (e.g. Lenoir barriers, Rescuevation monitors with custom equipment, customized roll containers), hygiene consumables with a broken seal, and clearly used demo items.

Within the withdrawal period: contact info@rescuevation.com with your order number and the reason. We will send you a return label or shipping instructions. Keep the original packaging if possible.

Statutory warranty: 2 years for consumers (B2C), 2 years for commercial customers (B2B), unless agreed otherwise in the order confirmation. For Mactronic and Guardian Angel products the manufacturer's warranty applies in addition (often 2-5 years, depending on the manufacturer).

Wear parts (e.g. nozzles, seals, batteries subject to charge-cycle wear, hose connections) are subject to natural wear and are not covered by the statutory warranty unless there is a material defect.

The Mactronic M-Fire series is ATEX-certified for Zone 0/1/2 (depending on the model). The exact markings and certificates are provided on the product page. Other lamp ranges (standard hand lamps, headlamps) are generally not ATEX-certified.

Own-brand products (SnakE®, Löschigel®, Beaver, easyToilet® etc.) undergo a visual inspection before shipping. Manufacturer products (Mactronic, Guardian Angel) are generally packed and tested directly by the manufacturer.
