What makes up the complete gate?
The Kamel® set supplies the connectors, your sectional ladders build the gate, and the SnakE® system applies the disinfectant solution. So you know what else to add.

Fixed decon lanes and custom builds serve exactly one purpose. Kamel® uses what your vehicles already carry: sectional ladders per DIN EN 1147.

From station to disinfection gate
Four steps at the incident scene, with equipment your vehicles carry anyway. The SnakE® is connected while the gate is still lying flat.

Join the sectional ladders
Connect four or eight fire department sectional ladder sections per DIN EN 1147 as usual, depending on how large the gate should be.

Fit Kamel® connectors
The connectors engage the locking pins without tools and join the ladders into a stable gate arch.

Connect the SnakE®
The SnakE® system is mounted and connected while the gate lies flat: foam arch and underbody disinfection are in place before the gate is up.

Raise the gate
Only now is the gate arch raised and positioned as a drive-through for vehicles or a walk-through for people.
One system, two jobsThe same Kamel® connectors also build the Kamel® folding tank with up to 7,500 liters: equipment that does double duty.
SnakE® system
Foam from above and below
The SnakE® system handles the liquid application: as a foam arch, it lays the disinfectant solution evenly over vehicle or person. Underbody disinfection also reaches the surfaces nothing can get to from above. The SnakE® system comes separately, and we put the right set together for you.
Containment & shower
Better together: gate & folding tank
For personnel decontamination, the Kamel® folding tank forms a containment basin with a shower arch, built from the same connectors. We supply the matching drive-through tray for the vehicle decon lane on request.
Spring catches and locking pins
Positive-locking, not improvised
The Kamel® connectors use the integrated locking pin of fire department sectional ladders per DIN EN 1147: fitted without tools, with no loose knots and no special parts on the ladder.

Which ladders do I need for the disinfection gate?
Standard fire department sectional ladders per DIN EN 1147. The gate is built from four or eight ladder sections, and the Kamel® connectors engage the integrated locking pins. One ladder section measures approx. 2.70 m and weighs approx. 10 kg.
How wide is the drive-through?
With two sectional ladders across, approx. 2.40 m of drive-through width is available, enough for typical fire apparatus.
What do I use the Kamel® disinfection gate for?
As a drive-through decon lane for vehicles during animal disease outbreaks such as avian influenza H5N1 or after chemical incidents, as a decon shower for people and as a foam disinfection lane with foam arch and underbody disinfection.
Is the SnakE® system included in the delivery?
The SnakE® system is added to the disinfection gate separately. Talk to us: we put the right set together for you and include it in the quote.
In what order do I set up the gate?
First join the sectional ladder sections and fit the Kamel® connectors, then connect the SnakE® system to the gate while it is still lying flat, and finally raise the gate arch.
What happens to the runoff liquid?
We supply the matching drive-through tray on request. For personnel decontamination, the Kamel® folding tank forms a containment basin with a shower arch.
How do I transport the disinfection gate?
The entire system fits completely in a standard Euro box: quick to load, quick to the scene.
