The beginning: a Löschigel® on a sectional ladder
The Löschigel® was created as a Jugend forscht science project over three prototypes, tested with a local fire company. The third prototype is the basis of today’s production model. Your crew pushes it into a hall or underground garage on the sectional ladder and stays outside.

02Born from fire department feedback
Too tall for an EV: how SnakE® was born
The Löschigel® is too tall for the underbody of an electric vehicle. That feedback led to SnakE®: flat nozzle modules made of V4A stainless steel that sit under the vehicle and cool the high-voltage battery from below. Tesla’s emergency response guides also recommend exactly this underbody cooling.

We develop and manufacture SnakE®, Löschigel® and Kamel® ourselves in Andernach, Germany. On top of that come innovations by other first responders and manufacturers that we bring to the fire service market: the RK-Rescue Tray by plant firefighter Ralf Kappes and the easyToilet® SOS together with Haidl Products.
Can my fire department buy on account?
Yes. Fire departments, municipalities and public authorities buy from us on account, XRechnung included. For your procurement we send you a quote with line items and delivery time, usually within 24 hours.
Does it fit our existing equipment?
That is what the originals are designed for. Löschigel® and Kamel® work with sectional ladders to DIN EN 1147, the Löschigel® also with the B hose line. SnakE® works with D hoses and is mounted on the sectional ladder or an aluminum frame. Every fire department has sectional ladders, hoses and a pump.
What warranty does SnakE® come with?
A 3-year warranty directly from the manufacturer. We develop and manufacture SnakE® ourselves in Andernach, Germany.
