SnakE, the modular extinguishing system, is firefighting equipment for wildfires.

SnakE supports fire departments both as a rotary sprinkler and as a retrofit spray bar for wildfire fighting, making the SnakE extinguishing system a strong addition to wildfire tactics.

SnakE uses D hoses and combines easily with the rest of your wildfire equipment.

The spray bar upgrade is ideal for preparing fire apparatus for the wildfire season.

Simply unfold the spray bar, adjust it once to the width of the shackles on the apparatus, and any pump-and-roll capable vehicle is upgraded with a spray bar for vegetation firefighting!

The SnakE rotary sprinklers are wildfire equipment for fire departments.

Secure mounting on a tree or building using the tie-down straps you already carry makes them an ideal addition to your wildfire equipment.

SnakE® is the lightest rotary sprinkler system for tree mounting.

SnakE® can be expanded modularly with standard Storz D hoses.

In wildfire fighting, the SnakE rotary sprinkler head achieves a throw of up to 14 m at 4 bar, with a water consumption of only approx. 24 l/min.

The complete SnakE extinguishing system stows in a single Eurobox.

    For use as a fire department rotary sprinkler, the same compact modules are simply converted to rotary sprinkler nozzles. They can be attached to any suitable structure, such as trees, with a tension strap. This allows the rotary sprinklers to be used effectively on slopes as well.

  • Retrofit spray bar

    The wildfire set is an extension of the SnakE set for EV underbody cooling and can still be used for that purpose without restriction.

    The compact nozzle modules are simply clamped onto the foldable retrofit spray bar and secured with spring latches. The complete system is then attached tool-free to the vehicle's shackles.

With a simple extension kit from us, SnakE can be converted into an extinguishing bar for the fire service. The same SnakE extinguishing system can thus equip any pump-and-roll-capable fire apparatus with a wildfire spray bar. Ideal support for vegetation fires, oil trail removal, or street cleaning.

Tool-free fastening

Attaching the spray bar to the vehicle

The SnakE retrofit spray bar is attached tool-free to the vehicle's DIN shackles using special elastic mounts.

Simply position the shackles in the rubber tensioners and lock them in place. Bar mounted!

Firebreaks in wildfires

Can you drive the spray bar into the fire?

No, the SnakE spray bar is designed to secure the burned-over (black) area or to wet a firebreak.

Radiator protection

The SnakE spray bar knocks down and binds dust.

This protects the vehicle's radiator from contamination.

What is the advantage over conventional pump and roll?

The advantage over conventional firefighting with pump and roll is a lower physical strain on the crews.

Instead of walking alongside the vehicle in PPE in sweltering heat, personnel can simply ride in the fire apparatus. This also reduces the risk of accidents.

In addition, the water is distributed much more evenly.

Does the spray bar need to be mounted at the front?

For wetting firebreaks, it does not matter whether the spray bar is attached to the front or the rear of the vehicle. This means the spray bar can also be used with a TSF-W.
