The LOXK2000 VDMA Cabinet is the flagship of the LOXXER battery safety cabinets: it stores and charges lithium-ion batteries behind fire-resistant double doors and is tested to VDMA 24994, including a deliberately triggered thermal runaway in the test setup. This gives the batteries from your e-bikes, power tools, scanners and radios a place where a battery in thermal runaway stays an incident instead of turning into a building fire.

4 adjustable fire-resistant shelves, 70 kg load capacity each, 5 compartments
32 outlets (8 per level, max. 16 A) for charging inside the cabinet
Smoke and temperature monitoring, audible alarm (94 to 106 dB(A)) with RGB LED status
Active ventilation (1.21 m³/min) with connection for an external extraction system
2 self-closing doors with multi-point locking, prepared for connection to the fire alarm system
External dimensions 1,995 × 1,141 × 758 mm, internal dimensions 1,590 × 1,021 × 607 mm
380 V three-phase connection (optional 220 V), pallet truck recesses on all sides
Optional: certified AFX 150 aerosol extinguishing system, extinguishes in under 30 seconds without water damage
