What 32,000 lumens mean
Not one bright lamp, but 25 meters of light
A tripod floodlight concentrates its light on one point. The LumiLine spreads the same amount of light over its full length.
- 1.280 lm/m Lumens per meter32,000 lm spread over 25 m. That is why no dark zone remains between the start and the end of the route.
- 4.500 LEDs Light points on the reel180 LEDs per meter, in three rows inside the tube. The light comes from the line, not from a focal point, which cuts glare and harsh cast shadows.
- 107 lm/W Efficacy32,000 lm from 300 W connected load. By calculation, one 16 A circuit carries ten reels.
- 0 Battery swaps230 V direct from a socket or generator. The line stays lit as long as power is applied, with no runtime limit kicking in mid-operation.
Data sheet values: 32,000 lm, 300 W, 180 LEDs/m, 25 m length. Lumens per meter (32,000 ÷ 25), LED count (180 × 25) and luminous efficacy (32,000 ÷ 300) are calculated from these. Circuit: 16 A × 230 V = 3,680 W, divided by 300 W gives 12, rounded down to ten for continuous load.
One reel, three incident types
Roll out, lay or hang up, plug in: the 25-meter line of light follows the route, whether on the ground, along a railing or vertically in a shaft.
Fire department & THWBasements, tunnels and underground sitesThe line marks the way from the entrance to the site: in smoke, you still see a line where an island of light has long since disappeared
Elevator servicing, stairwell & shaftLowered vertically, not a lamp on a hook25 m of height in one piece, no battery swap halfway
Construction, maintenance & eventsPaths, railings and barriersAlong the railing, not tripod after tripod: one supply cable for the whole routeThe difference
Light as a line, not as islands
Lighting a 25-meter stretch with tripod floodlights means several tripods, several cable runs and dark zones in between. The line of light solves this with a single reel.
Tripod floodlights, one by one …
- Nachteil: create islands of light: it stays dark between the tripods
- Nachteil: each tripod needs floor space, its own setup and its own supply cable
- Nachteil: dazzle up close and cast hard shadows onto the work area
… LumiLine 25 as a line
- Vorteil: a continuous line of light over 25 m: 1,280 lumens on every meter, without dark zones
- Vorteil: one reel, one plug: roll out, hang up, done. One person carries the 5 kg
- Vorteil: light from the whole line instead of one point: softer, less glare, CRI above 90
Elevator & building services
The whole shaft bright as day, not a hand lamp on a hook
Many existing shafts have no usable lighting. Anyone servicing them works in the cone of a hand lamp: one spot is bright, the rest stays dark, and every move casts its own shadow. The LumiLine is hooked in at the top and lowered over the full height, so the light stays in the shaft, not in your hand.
- Light inside the shaft, not from aboveA floodlight from above casts the elevator car's shadow downward. A line hanging over the full height lights every level evenly.
- CRI above 90 at 4,000 KWire colors, markings and rating plates stay distinguishable: neutral white, without a blue tint and without a yellow haze.
- No battery swaps on the car top230 V from the shaft socket or via the extension cable. The line stays lit through the entire maintenance job.
- IP65 for the pit and sumpDust-tight and protected against water jets: down in the shaft it is damp, dusty and oily.
- 5 kg, one person, a few minutesSet down or hook in the reel, grab the hand crank, lower it. Setup and teardown need no second person.
25 m is roughly eight floors at a floor height of 3 m. If that is not enough, you attach a second reel via the screw connector: 50 m, roughly sixteen floors, one single supply cable.
Roll out, hang up, plug in
It takes only minutes from setting down the reel to full light, with no tools and no tripod setup.
-
Roll out
Set down the reel and roll out the tube with the hand crank, exactly as far as you need light.
-
Lay out, hang up or lower
Along the ground, over railings and hooks or lowered vertically into the shaft: at 5 kg, you carry the reel to any installation.
-
Plug in
230 V socket or generator, 300 W connected load: no battery, no charging, no runtime limit.
-
Extend if needed
Via the screw connector at the cable end, you attach a second LumiLine 25: a 50 m line of light from one supply cable.
Practical tipWith a CRI above 90, colors under the LumiLine look true to life: cable colors, wiring and components can be reliably told apart during inspection and maintenance.

What's on the reel
Reel, tube and connector in detail: each caption says what matters.
Set down, grab the crank, roll out. The all-round steel frame keeps the reel stable, and the Schuko plug goes straight into the socket or the generator.
At the cable end sits a screw-on plug connector. It turns 25 m into a 50-meter line on a single supply cable. Inside the tube are three rows of LEDs, 180 per meter.
305 × 200 × 390 mm and 5 kg: one person carries the reel to the incident scene, into the shaft or into the vehicle compartment.
The tube sits neatly on the reel: no cable tangle in the equipment room and no loops that snag when rolling out.
Run over hooks, railings or barriers, the line marks the way, here on a circular walk at dusk.
Two reels, one supply cable
50 meters of light from two reels
The screw connector at the cable end joins two LumiLine 25 reels into one continuous line: 64,000 lumens over 50 meters, connected to a single socket. A 600 W connected load is about 2.6 A, well within a standard 16 A circuit.

FAQs about the LumiLine 25
Answers for responders, equipment officers, building services, elevator maintenance and procurement.
Didn’t find your question?
We reply within 24 hours, including procurement and tender questions.
Is one LumiLine 25 enough for an elevator shaft?
The tube gives you 25 m in one piece, which at a floor height of 3 m is roughly eight floors. Via the screw connector you attach a second reel and reach 50 m, roughly sixteen floors.
What power connection do I need?
A 230 V socket or a generator. With a 300 W connected load, the LumiLine runs on any standard supply circuit, with no battery and no runtime limit.
Can I run two reels from one socket?
Yes. Two LumiLine 25 together draw 600 W, which at 230 V is about 2.6 A, well within a standard 16 A circuit.
How do I mount the tube?
Lay it out or hang it up: along the ground, over railings and hooks or lowered vertically into the shaft. The reel with its hand crank stays in place, and setup and teardown take only minutes.
Can the LumiLine be used outdoors?
Yes. Rated IP65: dust-tight and protected against water jets, built for incident scenes, construction sites and outdoor operations.
How much does the reel weigh and how big is it?
5 kg at 305 × 200 × 390 mm. One person carries it by the handle to the incident scene and stows it in any standard equipment compartment.
Can I purchase on account?
Yes. Authorities, municipalities, fire departments and companies order from us on account, with XRechnung on request. Simply use the form on this page.
What is the delivery time?
Usually 5-10 working days, shipped with tracking.
