What makes the Rebel a work tool
Three light colors, button lock and battery indicator at 46 g.
Cool and warm white can be combined
Both white tones individually or together at 400 lm, plus red. The Advanced Dimming System adjusts the brightness in fine steps from 400 to 1 lm.
Switch-Lock (button lock)
The button lock keeps the Rebel off when it is in a bag or vehicle compartment. The battery level indicator shows you the charge level.

The housing measures 40.9 × 29.9 × 34.5 mm and is protected against splashing water to IPX4.
Clip and headband included

For the helmet, Mactronic offers optional accessories, which are not included. The package contains headband and clip. Write your helmet model in your request and we will work out the right mounting.
What does arc-resistant mean for the Rebel?
Mactronic specifies the Rebel as arc-resistant and names use in high-voltage environments. The manufacturer does not name a standard for this. If you need proof, add the question to your request.
How does the Rebel differ from the Illuma?
Both have cool white, warm white and red, a 600 mAh battery with USB-C and Switch-Lock. The Rebel combines cool and warm white to 400 lm, has SOS red and red flashing and, according to the manufacturer, is arc-resistant. The Illuma weighs 36 g, shines with 430 lm up to 130 m and has reflectors on the strap.
How long does the battery last?
Between 2 h at 400 lm and 36 h 30 min with red at 1 lm. Cool white or warm white alone lasts 3 h 45 min, the low white level at 40 lm 7 h 30 min, red at 14 lm 5 h 15 min. Charging via USB-C takes 3 to 3 h 30 min.
Can the Rebel switch on in a bag?
Not if you activate Switch-Lock. The button lock keeps the lamp off until you release it again. The battery level indicator shows you when the battery needs to go on the charging cable.
